Alot depends on your position, join the tribe which is local to you. I guess by your circumstances that your probally based on world 45, a world with no tribe limit. Think though about if you need support in a large tribe there tends to be a lack of leadership and communication. If both tribes are local i would join the one most of you neighbours are in and if they still equal join the smaller one as there will be more communication so it'll probaly be easier to get support
